Policies for Broadband Customers
We are in the process of putting information online for new and existing broadband customers. Below you will find links to our policies regarding Acceptable Use of this service and General Terms and Conditions.
Please note: due to our large customer base we are unable to support the computers and networks of private individuals and companies. We provide the ADSL service and we will demonstrate that it is working using our equipment and a laptop. The setup of computers, networks, printers etc. which are attached to the ADSL modem are the customer's responsiblity. The attention of a computer firm will be required if the customer or individual does not have the skills to configure their own equipment.
